Spiritual Direction & Coaching

Where Your Inner Life Finds Space to Breathe
Have you ever been paralyzed by fear or allowed shame to dictate your decisions? I can relate, and I also believe we are loved beyond measure. Are you hungry for courageous decision-making and freedom from limiting beliefs? I believe God desires that for all of us; to live in fullness. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside Directees as they explore their deepest longings. Deep listening hears more than what is spoken, and it is a critical part of the role of a spiritual director.
My worldview is anchored in Ignatian Spirituality and seeing God in all things. While I cannot provide answers, I am honored to hear you and ask questions that support Directees finding their way to the fullness God desires. From childhood, I was raised Baptist/Evangelical. Today I identify as Christian Catholic. I have experience in domestic violence, trauma, spiritual abuse, addiction, abusive marriage, blended families, grief, and loss.
I see people via Zoom or in person at Carondelet Center in St. Paul, MN.
In this world we will have trouble, but take heart I have overcome the world.
