All Events
SHE. FULLY ALIVE seeks to nurture the balanced development of all Four Pillars of the SHE. FULLY ALIVE integrated health and wellness framework. To that end, the virtual and in person events are intentionally structured to align with credible, peer-reviewed research. These events are generally offered at no cost. Consistent with the research, we need community, movement, sleep, nutrition, spirituality, and solitude to access our creativity and optimize our well-being. We are committed to creating a safe space for all at our events. Our Commitment is read aloud at the opening of each event.
